Tadi pagi saya browsing ke beberapa blog lokal dan mancanegara. Ada satu berita yang cukup luarbiasa saya dapatkan hari ini dari PaidContent.

Di situ dikabarkan bahwa sebuah blog ekonomi yang memberi info tentang deposito, tabungan dan pasar uang bernama Bankaholic telah laku terjual seharga hampir $15 juta. Dibayar di muka sejumlah $12,4 juta dan sisanya $2,5 juta dibayar setahun kemudian. Pembelinya adalah BankRate yang sebelumnya juga membeli sebuah blog dan jasa pelayanan Credit Card senilai $29 juta.

Blog milik John Wu itu memiliki Alexa Ranking 42,168 dengan rata-rata comment setiap postingnya sekitar 20 comment.

Membaca berita itu saya jadi bertanya-tanya kira-kira bakal ada ga, ya blog lokal yang bisa ngejual blognya dengan harga selangit... Barangkali ada yang berminat?
